Please read this document carefully before using 492 services. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all users accessing 492 from Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 492 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as all related policies published on this website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 492 platform. Continued use after any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access full 492 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to have only one account. Multiple account registration by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
  • All activities conducted under your account, whether by you or others.
  • Notify 492 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Update your personal information whenever there are any changes.

492 uses SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect your account data. However, you are also responsible for using a strong password and avoiding logging in on public devices.

492 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals or during security investigations. Failure to comply may result in temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

As a 492 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and responsible purposes. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to 492 is truthful and not misleading.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 492 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to access or exploit the platform.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal financial activities through the platform.
  • Using someone else’s account or sharing your account with third parties.
  • Distributing harmful content, malware, or attempting to compromise system security.
  • Taking any action intended to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantages.
  • Registering with false information or using someone else’s identity.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of related balances if there is evidence of fraudulent activity. 492 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activities to relevant authorities.

4. Payments & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the 492 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We offer popular local payment methods to facilitate Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers and digital wallets like TNG eWallet.

Important points regarding transactions:

  • Deposit: Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method chosen. 492 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
  • Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and security checks. The first withdrawal requires full identity verification. Processing times range from one to three business days.
  • Fees: 492 does not charge hidden fees for regular deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
  • Rejected transactions: 492 reserves the right to reject or reverse any transactions suspected of fraud or breach of these terms.

Any disputes related to transactions must be reported to 492’s support team within 30 days from the transaction date. Late disputes may not be resolved.

5. Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The 492 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose.

492 shall not be responsible for:

  • Any financial losses incurred from using the platform, including losses from gaming or betting.
  • Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control.
  • Data loss or damage caused by viruses, cyber attacks, or user internet connection failures.
  • Third-party actions or content accessible via links or services on the 492 platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 492’s maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

Users acknowledge that betting and gaming carry real financial risks. 492 encourages all users to play responsibly and set appropriate limits for themselves.

6. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure

Account Suspension

492 reserves the right to temporarily suspend user accounts for reasons including suspicious activity investigations, failure to comply with identity verification requests, or reports of platform abuse. During suspension, access to accounts and financial transactions may be blocked.

Account Closure by 492

492 reserves the right to permanently close user accounts without prior notice in cases of serious breaches, including but not limited to fraud, bot use, multiple account registrations, or attempts to hack the system. In such cases, 492 may withhold any balances related to fraudulent activity.

Account Closure by User

Users may request account closure anytime by contacting 492 support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for refund after security review, subject to stated conditions. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; users must register a new account to use the platform again.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 492 platform—including logos, text, designs, graphics, software, and interface elements—is the property of 492 or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 492.

The 492 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval of the third-party content, products, or services by 492. 492 assumes no liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Changes to Terms

492 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
